This is what you need:
400gr full-fat coconut milk
100gr maple syrup
Pinch of salt is optional
This is how you make it:
Place the ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat and stir well, letting it simmer but not boiling briskly, stirring frequently.
Depending on the time (about 20 minutes) a smooth, firm paste will form, stirring regularly during the process!
Place in an airtight container and allow to cool to room temperature before storing in the refrigerator.
This is what you need:
Unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce, organic
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp tahini
Half tbsp almond paste
Pinch of salt, to tastehalf
tbsp arrowroot
This is how you make it:
Place all ingredients in a saucepan over a gentle heat. heat and stir regularly until smooth.
Add unsweetened almond milk in small amounts until desired consistency is obtained.
This is what you need:
2 generous handfull of fresh basil
30gr pine nuts
30gr vegan parmesan cheese
A pinch of salt
5-6 drops of stevia
125-150ml olive oil
Optional: 30gr olives
This is how you make it:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
